Ryan Serhant Is Giving Us All a Tour of an Insane $35M Vancouver Mansion
Ryan Serhant was impressed by the Vancouver house, which comes with everything, even life-size Ironman figures.
In his latest YouTube vlog installment, Ryan Serhant jetted off to Vancouver to tour a $35 million mega-mansion that can only be described as insane. The 16,000 square foot property comes with 11 bedrooms and more unique features than you can list, but let us try: There are three bars, an arcade, three billiards tables, a bowling alley, a double-height wine storage rack, a circular aquarium, an indoor fire pit, and an 18-person Jacuzzi. And that’s just the start.
Canadian entrepreneur and YouTuber Dan Lok gave the Million Dollar Listing New York broker a full tour of the home. Ryan definitely came away impressed, which is saying something considering the number of properties he's seen. What is so special about it? Let’s take a look.
Though the house may look staid and refined from the outside, the inside is definitely set up for a party. Canadian entrepreneur Dan Lok is selling the $35 million west Vancouver home.
One of the home's many statement features is a massive circular fish tank that's the centerpiece of the main living/dining space. (The lights were off during the tour because the fish were sleeping.)
The enormous entertainment area contains multiple pool tables, arcade games, a bar stocked for hundreds of guests, and something we've never seen before — an indoor fire pit.
A double-height wine rack winds along a circular staircase from the bar area to the main living space. This is definitely the way to show off your collection.
And when you're in the mood for hitting some pins, you need not travel far. The house comes with its own bowling alley!
After all that play time, your guests are bound to be hungry. No worries, the kitchen comes equipped with an authentic Italian wood-fired pizza oven.
Lastly, the fully climate-controlled indoor garage has room for a fleet of cars... and they're looked over by two life-sized Ironman figures.
