Is Kris Jenner the Secret Buyer of This Incredible $12 Million Mansion?
Someone from the Keeping Up with the Kardashians crew has snatched up a Coachella Valley party pad, and we've got the photos.
The KarJenner family loves to attend at the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (and rake up the endorsement dollars by hossting parties in the area during the three-day event). And now they've picked up a little party pad in the neighborhood for a mere $12 million. Area newspaper Desert Sun broke the news that the Lou Ethel Wyatt Family Trust, helmed by Kris Jenner, is the buyer for the La Quinta, CA mansion and paid $12 million for the seven-bedroom, nine bathroom home in the gated (and ultra-prestigious) Madison Club community. Originally listed for $15 million, the property marks one of the most expensive single-family home sales in the area. Sounds like a savvy deal to sweep it up for 20-percent under the asking price.
Built in 2016 at the peak of Coachella hysteria, the super-modern home has 11,000 squeet feet of indoor space, in additon to 3,500 square feet of outdoor party spaces. Check them all out below.
What an Entrance
The grand, golden illuminated walkway announces that you're coming to party somewhere special.
Dining Room ... and Beyond
The current configuration of this open-space room includes a dining room, living room and family room, but everything can be swept out to make for the biggest dancefloor this side of the festival's Sahara tent.
Indoor/Outdoor Lounging Area
Hopefully, Jenner will keep this lounging nook, which already has a nightclub feel to it.
Walled Walkway
Imagine all the selfies to be taken in front of this entryway backdrop!
Now That's a Backyard
A flashy stone firepit brings the drama to the backyard, which overlooks the L-shaped pool and offers sweeping views of the desert mountains.
An Entertaining Palace
Just look at that golden glow, have you ever seen a home more ready to light up the night?
