Fashion Must-Have: The Cut-Out Dress

There's one trend that continues to make its way into the Girlfriends' closets, and that's the cut-out dress. Costume Designer Cynthia Summers talks about her affinity for the design.
"Yeah, this season there seems to be a lot of cut-outs, especially for Abby," says Summers. "A lot of cut-outs that I have found have been details in the front, or small details in the back, or open work in the back, which is more than just a cut-out, but it kind of falls in that category, and they’ve worked really well, especially on TV because so much is [shot from ] the waist up."
