The four bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom home was built way back in 1957. The interior was remodeled by Jeff for a Season 4 episode of Flipping Out, and the owners had him redo the exterior two years later. The house was purchased in 2008 for $1.587 million. Check it out below!

The Centerpiece

Carrera marble and stainless steel appliances make this kitchen one of the most inviting places to be in this home.

A Relaxing Master Bedroom

The highlight of the home's four bedrooms is the master, which even has its own fireplace.

Gorgeous Bathrooms

Ahead of the curve, Jeff was installing bold floors long before they were a thing.

That Backyard Though

The half-acre yard contains a mini forest of green trees, a swimming pool and spa for that quintessential Southern California experience.
