See Inside the Hollywood Home That Jeff Lewis Just Listed for $7.95 Million
The Flipping Out designer is selling his "Old Hollywood" property for the second time.
Jeff Lewis has listed a spectacular Hollywood Boulevard home, one he's spent a lot of time obsessing over in the past several years, for $7.95 million. According to Variety, the Flipping Out designer first bought this home in 2002 for $860,000, renovated and sold it in 2003 for $1.75 million, then grabbed it again in 2015 for $2.484 million. After purchasing the home again for a second time, Jeff and his partner, Gage Edward, spent three years renovating it once again, much of which was documented on the show. (Tune into Flipping Out on Tuesdays at 10/9c!)
The listing reveals that Jeff had an almost entirely new foundation built for the 4,334-square-foot home, which now has three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
Perched right above the Sunset Strip, the sleek, industrial-looking space is a prime party spot. Go ahead, just imagine how much fun you could have here:
Exterior
The street-level front of the house conceals the fact that there are three floors of amazingness here.
Living Room
The fireplace is one of the most beautiful limestone details in the home (which has a lot of limestone). It's got a TV mounted overhead so you can be toasty while watching your Bravo shows.
Dining Room
The home has floor-to-ceiling glass panels throughout, but perhaps nowhere more incredible than in the kitchen and dining room area. The panels slide open to enjoy the spacious patio, which has a firepit.
Kitchen
Jeff and Gage went for big drama in the kitchen, with black marble counters, charcoal cabinets, and premium Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances.
Bedroom
The bedrooms are sleek and elegant, with lots of black-paned windows and herringbone floors.
Walk-In Closet
As Jeff loves to say on Flipping Out, "Organization is the key to life," and the custom walk-in closet is a perfect place to start.
Backyard
The spectacular backyard includes an infinity-edge pool and spa, and lots of big glimpses into the home.
