Kim Zolciak-Biermann Shares the Real Reason Why She Wears Wigs
There's a simple explanation behind the Don't Be Tardy matriarch's attachment to wigs.
Ever since we first got to know Kim Zolciak-Biermann on The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 1, wigs have played a major role in her signature glam look. However, her love of wigs doesn't mean that the naturally brunette beauty doesn't have an admiration for her own mane. In fact, there is a simple reason Kim prefers to rock hair pieces, and it has nothing to do with her natural hair.
While answering fan queries through the questions feature on Instagram Stories, Kim was asked: "Why do you wear wigs, since your hair is naturally beautiful?" The Don't Be Tardy (watch full episodes here) mom responded: "It's just easier for me!! I can't imagine sitting In hair and makeup for 2hrs a day!" Kim also revealed that her wigs aren't even styled on her, the hair pieces are styled on her treasured mannequin, Quinn Zolciak, which saves her even more time.
