Don’t Be Tardy fashionista Kim Zolciak-Biermann is still sharing snaps of the super sexy black dress she wore to celebrate her Kroy Biermann's 33rd birthday. A dress like that deserves a full photo shoot, after all: it's a corset-style cocktail dress with daring lace cut-outs down the side.

But besides her special occasion dress and her Rapunzel-like hair, some followers wanted to know more about her look, including one commenter who wanted to know why "face looks so different.” The Don't Be Tardy mom, who hasn't been shy about discussing the various procedures she's had done (she just opened up this summer about wanting to downsize her breast implants and about the laser she uses to fight "flaming" skin redness), offered up this response: “not sure! I’m making weird faces and I’m 10lbs heavier."
