What's Next for Cynthia Bailey?
Exclusive: the Atlanta Housewife reveals her plans post-Reunion.
The dust has settled and the ladies are off the couch—and now that Cynthia Bailey has some downtime, she's ready to go on a much-needed vacation.
Her plans post-season? Some time away with her husband Peter and daughter Noelle. "I think we're going to try and go away for a week," she tells the Dish. "We're going to take a much needed family vacay, maybe have some spa time. The reunion itself is very mentally draining; this show, it feels like it's been the longest season ever."
While Atlanta may be on a break, Cynthia will be in high-gear once she gets back from her vacation. This summer, she'll be putting her energies into Cynthia Bailey Modeling Agency's summer model search—and the first-ever talent scouting contest.
"I always get people wanting to know how they can get signed," Cynthia explains of wanting to start her own version of American Idol. "We do so much of our promotion on social media and I always get people wanting to know how they can get signed. I'm always getting people's music. We know a lot of people in New York that work at record companies. We've gotten some amazing entries: pianists, singers, violinists, rappers, older people young people. It's all over the place. It's an exciting venture for my agency."
She already has her eye on one entrant in particular. "She has the It Factor," she says. "You know how it goes, as an artist, they're looking for the whole package—and she has that. I'm watching out for her. There are a few more that are interesting as well."
