Ever wonder what our Bravolebs looked like before they were Bravolebs? Each Thursday, we'll celebrate #TBT and dig through the archives for a vintage photo from the past—or revisit a memorable moment from one of our shows—and share some back story on the picture. This week, we re-visit a childhood photo of Lilly Ghalichi.

If this adorable photo is any indication, Lilly Ghalichi has been working on her picture perfect pose for some time. The classic grammar school bulletin board backdrop may as well be a runway considering Lilly’s fierce lace look complimented with a long white necklace and rose pink belt.

"I insisted on buying my own clothes and doing my own hair. Nothing's really changed--big hair, lace dresses, over the top accessories,” Lilly has said in regards to her chic kindergarten get up.

We'd give her style an A+, but when it finally came time for Lilly to give herself a grade, she gave herself a 32D instead. And on Tuesday’s Watch What Happens Live, Lilly revealed that she wishes she could undo some of her manufactured Persian Barbie aesthetic.

"I 100 percent have regrets. My nose job I should have done it earlier. But my boob job, if I could go back in time, I would be flat and I would love it," she said. So why doesn’t she simply get them reduced? Watch this video to hear her fascinating confession!
