Sonja Morgan's 'Reworking' her Toaster Oven Cookbook

Her literary baby is getting a makeover.

Sonja Morgan of Real Housewives of New York City

Sonja Morgan is beginning to feel Carole Radziwill's writer pains.

"I had to go back and redo the toaster oven book to make it a lifestyle book," the Real Housewives of New York City star tells Wetpaint about diving headfirst into the deep end of the editing pool.

"The thing is, the people who watch the show and want to buy the book, they want more than just recipes. So when I went to the publishers, they really liked it, but it was just recipes," the New York Housewife says. "So I'm redoing it to have it be a little bit more about the up-dos, the smoky eye, where I picked up my recipes, my yoga, about my diet routine, and about how I stay fit and all that."

Besides adding more Morgan to the book, Sonja's also launching her own toaster oven as part of Sonja Home. Although that kitchen gem is taking a while to hit shelves "because it's being made overseas," rest assured it will come packaged with a booklet containing plenty of recipes.

Continuing her socialite to career woman transformation, the Sonja in the City founder is also busy planning Manhattan's finest events. "I'm working all the time. I have a wedding for 200 people. Thank you marriage equality in New York!" Hear, hear!
