"Rachel Zoe" Reacts to Government Shutdown
Comedian Amy Phillips nails her impersonation once again!
If there's anyone who knows how to "shut it down," it's Rachel Zoe. But government shutdowns? Not so much. So when Andy Cohen heard of the news that Washington was taking a little break to protest health care reform, Rachel immediately popped into his mind.
"She was our first call," Andy said on Tuesday's edition of Watch What Happens Live.
But don't expect the real Rachel to pop up on WWHL anytime soon. In her latest hilarious video, Amy Phillips takes on the Rachel Zoe Project star and her unique dialect.

"Government, you are shutting it down," says Amy, or should we say Rachel. "But there is Paris Fashion Week shutting it down, and then what you're doing...Congress, get together, figure out your fall collection, and go back to work," Rachel said.
Of course, Phillips excels at impersonating pretty much every Bravolebrity—you must see her send-ups of Heather Dubrow and Vicki Gunvalson—and she's nailed impersonations of Zoe in the past.
