Patti Takes on Hollywood's Un-Made Matches
Millionaire Matchmaker had advice for Courteney Cox, Christina Aguilera.
Courteney Cox & David Arquette, Christina Aguilera & Jordan Bratman -- Two glittering, tabloid-ready reminders that stars, like everyone, can use some words of romantic wisdom every now and then. And who's wiser than Patti Stanger? (That's a rhetorical question.)
OK! Magazine reached out to our resident Millionaire Matchmaker to get her take on the latest spate of high profile partings. Even though they had 11 years of marriage under their belt, Patti wasn't that shocked that the Cox-Arquette couple was coming to an end. "Courteney I never felt was a match," The Millionaire Matchmaker told the mag. "A Virgo and a Gemini is pretty much a rare commodity."
Fair enough, but neither Patti nor the stars above could have foretold Aguilera's split, since Christina had always been very vocal about her love for her husband. But Patti found one area of incompatibility. "He wasn't very attractive," Patti said. "She's better physically."
Of course, Patti had a little sweet to go with the sour. "I don't understand why everybody thinks you get married, you get divorced you're a failure," Patti told the mag. "You're not a failure, you're a much different person now."
Patti sounds off in full in OK! Magazine, and gets even more candid when the new season of Millionaire Matchmaker premiers October 19 @ 9/8c.
