New 'Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce' Cast Revealed
Alanna Ubach, Matthew Glave and Virginia Williams join Bravo's first scripted show.
We're just four months away from the premiere of our first scripted series Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce—and we're thrilled to announce some additional stars joining the show.
Alanna Ubach (Meet the Fockers), Matthew Glave (Growing Up Fisher), and Virginia Williams (Fairly Legal) have all signed on for the series, premiering December 2 at 10p ET/PT on Bravo.
Ubach joins the show as Jo, a blunt, brassy New Yorker and Abby's best friend from college who comes to LA to help Abby (Lisa Edelstein) through her divorce. Glave and Williams will recur as Gordon and Courtney Beech, a high-profile fashion couple currently going through a divorce handled by Delia (played by Necar Zadegan).
The trio are just the latest guest stars to sign on. As we previously announced, Laverne Cox—star of Orange Is the New Black—will be guest starring as Adele Northrop, a Pulitzer Prize-winning war journalist and LGBT activist who presents an award at a marriage equality gala.
Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, inspired by the Girlfriends’ Guide book series by Vicki Iovine, follows Abby, who shocks the world when she reveals that her seemingly perfect life has all been a lie. The series, premiering later this year, also stars Paul Adelstein, Janeane Garofalo, and Beau Garrett.
