Kim Zolciak Reveals She's Expecting Twins
The Don't Be Tardy star says "it's a dream come true."

Kim Zolciak revealed the happy news she was expecting a baby earlier this summer. Turns out there's another bump in her pregnancy: she's expecting twins, the Dish confirms!
The Don't Be Tardy star "couldn't be more excited," she tells E! News. "I had no idea. It was natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised."

With two newborns on the way, Kim will now be a mother to six (!) kids. But she's not daunted by having such a big family with husband Kroy Biermann, who recently legally adopted her daughters Brielle and Ariana. (The pair have two sons together, Kash Kade and Kroy Jr.) "It's going to be very busy but it's a dream come true," she says.
Kim has been proudly showing off her pregnant baby bump the last few weeks and she revealed that she was secretly hoping for a little girl. While she hasn't opened up about the sex of her twins, she may get her wish—twofold!
