Cheers! How the Housewives Celebrated New Years

Most people are content to grab a bottle of cheap champagne, put on a party hat and head to a crowded bar with their friends to toast to the start of a new year. The Housewives? Their New Year's Eve celebrations were lavish, star-studded, Cristal-soaked affairs from Vegas to NYC. Here's how they kicked off 2014.

Kenya Moore and Joanna Krupa danced to the sweet sounds of Pharrell Williams belting out "Get Lucky" in Miami!

And Lisa Hochstein and husband Lenny enjoyed Pharrell's rad performance as well, after joining Kenya for dinner.

Apparently the party Joanna Krupa and Romain threw at Miami's Mynt Lounge was the place to be as even some of the Shahs showed up! If Bravolebrities had a headquarters outside of the WWHL Clubhouse, we're thinking it may be Mynt after this New Year's.

Meanwhile, in Vegas, Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes represented The Real Housewives of Atlanta in true ATL style by rocking some fierce fur and serious curls.

 

Cynthia's marvelous mane was worthy of a double-take. We can't get over her NYE ringlets and kind of wish we'd been hitting the slots with her and NeNe in Vegas.

Ever the fans of coordinated outfits, the Giudice family stepped out in matching gold head-to-toe looks and enjoyed some formal New Year's Eve festivities together.

We can't blame Teresa Giudice for adoring this snapshot of her husband Joe cutting a rug with their daughter Milania.

After spending the day on the slopes in Deer Valley, Kyle Richards, Mauricio and the girls kept their New Year's Eve cozy and low-key.

She's strong with the sparkle and Adriana de Moura embraced the glam side we all glimpsed at her wedding while out on the town to celebrate the New Year.

It looks like things heated up at SUR by midnight in Los Angeles, as Lisa Vanderpump was lighting off sparklers from behind the bar of her restaurant as soon as the calendar flipped to 2014. 

Ramona Singer and daughter Avery wore LBDs to ring in a New Year. (We bet she had some Pinot Grigio on hand, too.)

It was less about getting to the club and more about ringing in the year right for Kandi Burruss, who made laundry and eating her vegetables a priority. "I'm over here rushing to get all my clothes washed & dried because growing up my family said you can't have any dirty clothes on new year & definitely not wet clothes," she wrote on Instagram. "They said if you have wet clothes in your house you're gonna wash somebody out your life..... I'm also making collard greens because every year on New Year's Day my family said you gotta eat greens for money & black eye peas for luck…."

Channeling her beauty queen roots, Joyce Giraud rocked a divine green frock for a night on the town with her girlfriends and husband Michael.

Sonja Morgan watched the first fireworks of 2014 go off underneath a bough of palm tree canopies, which was surely an upgrade from the freezing temperatures of New York City.

Brandi Glanville was feeling a bit under the weather this NYE, but it didn't stop the perpetual party girl from celebrating the start of a new year with a few guy friends.

A family that parties together stays together, and it seems as though Caroline Manzo had a blast popping some bottles and spending time with son Chris and his lady love.
