The current queen of country music is disciplined when it comes to her workouts. Carrie Underwood has always been a big believer in exercise—and has the strong, fit physique to prove it. So, when she's at the gym, Carrie doesn't let anything distract her. Nothing! Not even the cutest little nugget to ever exist.
The singer recently posted a workout video that shows her stretching, squatting, and lifting alongside her two-year-old son Isaiah. And, well, we're totally smitten.
In footie pajamas decked with fire trucks (squee!), Isaiah picks up some of mom's moves. You sould see this guy's updward dog! He's also a natural at the ominous squat. But really, he'd rather just have a hug. Same, Isiaiah, same.
