Caroline Fleming Is "Having Such Fun" With Food and Family on an Ultra-Glamorous Dubai Vacation
The Baroness and Ladies of London cookbook author is digging into the local culture — and the sunny shores.
Caroline Fleming has been traveling around the world in support of her new book Cook Yourself Happy, which is her fourth cookbook and the first in English. The Ladies of London star and Danish Baroness is currently in the Middle East, where she's been staying at the opulent Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach with her children, who are on "halfterm" break from school in London.
The family wasted no time getting outside and onto the beach once they landed.
Caroline is appreciating the Arabian art and architecture — and her resort wear seems to match the design aesthetic.
She is particularly enjoying the food, both eating it and preparing it.
She's finding that the food philosophy there isn't much different from her own style of finding beautiful produce and treating it minimally.
The family has already dined at COYA restaurant in the Four Seasons, but the same resort is also home to to the Dubai locations of the Michelin-starred Jean-Georges and of Nusr-et, the international steakhouse set to debut in America from the viral chef sensation known as #SaltBae, so hopefully they'll have dinner there, too!
In any case, someone's absolutely in love with Dubai!
