An Incredible Journey
Bethenny talks about leaving baby Bryn for the first time and reflects on an amazing season.
I was truly devastated by leaving Bryn for the first time. I love her so much that it broke my heart, and I didn't want to miss a single moment together. This is true love.
Jason really wants more children. I believe that part of it is his having lost his brother. He really wants two. I would do just about anything for him so it is a serious conversation.
Aaaaah, the burning of the book was so liberating. Nothing is worse than being knee deep in something that you know is crap. It was like being halfway from Cuba to Florida and not knowing whether to swim or go back. I went back. Thankfully, I'm almost halfway through Place of Yes and I think it will be really great.
Max really likes attention, so he'll do anything to get it. The sunscreen moment was quite awkward for all of us. I'm not sure why he needed sunscreen whilst wearing a shirt.
Jason and I met at a nightclub called Tenjune. In fact, my girlfriends and I called him "Tenjune" for six months. I was smiling for a camera then I put on a regular face. He walked up to me and said, "Are you ready to get the stick out of your ass?" He wanted to boogie down and dance. That was the kind of wise ass line that would get my attention. It caught me off guard and made me giggle. However, I never thought we'd be serious. He was a guy I saw if I had nothing going. Going out that night was the best move of my life.
As you saw, Ramona met Bryn and Alex also saw her while I was in the hospital and we spent a day by the pool this summer at the Montauk Yacht Club.
My favorite moment of the season was saying "I do!"
Thank you so much for your passion, loyalty and laughter. I have loved opening my heart and my life to you. It has been such an incredible journey and I wouldn't take back a minute of it.
