Ray Liotta Made a Scorching Burn About Drake to Jennifer Lopez
The Shades of Blue stars gave us the zaniest Plead the Fifth ever on #WWHL.
The show may be called Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, but you're going to be asking yourself What just happened? after the latest installment of Plead the Fifth.
Host Andy Cohen welcomed Shades of Blue stars Jennifer Lopez and Ray Liotta to the Bravo Clubhouse on Wednesday night. Instead of asking J.Lo to Plead the Fifth once again, Ray stepped up to the plate — but with a big twist. First, Andy handcuffed Jennifer and Ray to each other for the duration of the game in honor of their detective characters on the NBC drama. The the emcee said that if Ray decided to plead the fifth to a question, he would lob one at Jennifer that she would have to answer instead.
Lucky for Jennifer, Ray could not have cared less about spilling some tea and naming names on WWHL. When asked which former leading lady was the worst kisser, Ray named his Heartbreakers co-star Sigourney Weaver. He also said that Clint Eastwood was the "most overrated" actor of the '80s and '90s. While J.Lo and Andy squirmed in their seats over these juicy revelations, Ray defiantly said, "I don't give a sh**!"
But there was one question Ray had trouble answering: his favorite and least favorite Jennifer Lopez song. "Oh, man. I really don't know any of them. I know the 'Jenny from the Block' thing, and I like that one," Ray said, before scrambling to name, "the little bit from Bye Bye Birdie." J.Lo mentioned earlier in the night that she has incorporated the song "A Lot of Livin' to Do" from the musical in her Las Vegas show, which Ray has seen, by the way.
Since Ray couldn't name a second song, Andy considered that to be pleading the fifth and asked Jennifer to name someone she declined to marry after revealing that she has been proposed to five times when she appeared on Carpool Karaoke with James Corden last year. "Drake, right?" Ray joked, somehow knowing more about Jennifer's love life than her discography.
After a long, awkward pause, J.Lo decided to plead the fifth, even though that went against the rules of this edition of the game. But thanks to Ray's answers, we're all really winners here.
