The Million Dollar Listing New York star has just received some really good news about his new book The Sell: it's flying off the shelves. The number one selling agent in New York is now a New York Times bestseller.
The book includes such sage advice as "Getting Past No," "Show People Just Who You Are" and "Be You: Forget Selling—Begin Finding Yourself."
Earlier this month he dished about the now bestselling tome in which he dispenses his wisdom on all things buying and selling real estate.
"I've seen and done so many amazing and rewarding things and I wanted to put all that in a book and send it off and see what happens," he told the Daily News. "It's a message in a bottle."
And perhaps one of the keys to the book's success is that the advice inside can be applied to everyone for all sorts of situations.
"It doesn't matter what industry you're in," he says. "After all, we're all selling ourselves all the time, whether you're on a date, on a job interview or just negotiating with your dog."
