The Million Dollar Listing New York agent unveiled his latest real estate success on Instagram Wednesday: an "architecturally accurate" gingerbread replica of his 5,144-square-foot mansion in Roxbury, Connecticut.

What do you guys think about the weekend house in Connecticut as this gingerbread house we made for Christmas? ð My favorite part is the little red Santa on his sled up on the roof! ðð --- I want to thank @teamalmegard for getting me started on making the house, and then finishing it for me with such perfection. There's a lot to love about this gingerbread house, from the frosting snow drizzled around its rooftop to the adorable snowmen in front and the lights inside. Is it weird that we kind of want to ask what the listing price is on this baby?

There's one detail that seems to reign supreme for Fredrik. "My favorite part is the little red Santa on his sled up on the roof!" he said in the caption to the photo.

Compare it to Fredrik's real-life palatial estate, which the MDLNY broker is so ready to decorate for the holidays. "Now I can't WAIT for a white Christmas, so I can get up all the decorations, and I mean everywhere - this year when both our families arrive we can create the most magical (and first) of Holidays in the new house," he captioned the below photo posted on Instagram earlier this month.

We woke up in a winter wonderland! I can't believe it, just yesterday the sun was shining, the grass was green and the trees colorful. But at 6:30am when I went to the bathroom, I looked out, and rubbed my eyes to be sure I saw THIS.... It's so incredibly beautiful, I don't think I've ever been happier seeing new snow before. We put on the little winter clothes we have out here, and took the dogs around the grounds covered in snow everywhere. Mini has never seen so much snow, rolling around in it, chewing it and spitting it out, making us laugh. Now I can't WAIT for a white Christmas, so I can get up all the decorations, and I mean everywhere - this year when both our families arrive we can create the most magical (and first) of Holidays in the new house. âï¸âï¸ðð

Fredrik enlisted the help of pastry chef Dorotea "Tea" Malmegård to construct this creation. The house will be entered into a competition at ArkDes in Stockholm, which is sponsored by Fredrik's real estate firm. Proceeds from the contest will be donated to charity, Fredrik explained in the post. We think Fredrik definitely has an awesome shot at taking home the top prize.

If you think this is all Fredrik has in store for the holidays, think again. "Now, just wait until you see what I'll be up to this Christmas," he teased on Instagram. "I'll be going all out!"

Waiting to see what Fredrik dreams up for the holiday season is making us feel the way we do on Christmas Eve while waiting to open presents the next morning. Thankfully, looking at these photos of Fredrik and his husband Derek Kaplan is kind of like having Christmas come early.
