Million Dollar Listing New York's Fredrik Eklund is known to go above and beyond for all of his listings, but when it came to Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick's Greenwich Village townhouse, it was more than business.
The three bedroom stunner was listed since 2012 with no luck, so naturally it took Fredrik's touch to get the deal closed. The next owner has plenty to look forward to though, including a chef's kitchen, marble wall fireplaces, and private split-level garden and terrace. All for the cool price of $19.95 million dollars.
The real estate mogul was beyond ecstatic for the Sex and the City star. "Another happy client," he captioned an Instagram. "This one is someone I truly love, and I don't say that lightly."
