The world typically sees Patricia Altschul sipping butler-made martinis in one of her famous caftans. But, when the Southern Charm matriarch really wants to splurge, she indulges in a craving that's a little more low key.
On April 16, Patricia took to Instagram to show off her birthday meal. On the heels of a long travel day, or in her words — "after being on a plane forever" — the dog-lover pulled up to the Golden Arches and got a few snacks for her ride home from the airport. "Love love love McDonald's," Patricia wrote, using hash tags. Well, you learn something new every day!
Her menu of choice comprised a cheeseburger with fries and two packets of ketchup; she also threw in a bottle of water.
