Pregnant Brittany Cartwright Shuts Down Rumors About Her Fuller Lips
"Your lips just get bigger when you're pregnant," the Vanderpump Rules alum said.
Once again, Brittany Cartwright finds herself responding to internet questions about her body during her pregnancy. The Vanderpump Rules alum and mama-to-be has addressed everything from "trolls" who criticized her baby bump to body-shamers who had words about her weight gain. And now, she's back to tackle an issue no one really saw coming.
"So apparently everybody thinks that I had my lips done," Brittany explained in a recent Instagram Story video as she smiled her way through the accusations. "So, here's a video of me...no filter, no nothing, no lip liner, nothing like that." (Brittany has set the rumors straight in the past about her non-existent history with lip injections and plastic surgery, previously stating, "I have NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE TOUCHED MY LIPS!")
But now that she's pregnant, the internet is abuzz with plump lip theories. "Your lips just get bigger when you're pregnant," she added. "Or your nose! Like, I feel like my nose has gotten bigger. My feet [are] bigger. My hands are bigger. I can't even fit rings on anymore. So, yes, things really really do get bigger. I am not a liar," she quipped.
In typical Brittany form, she laughed the critics off with a smile. "It sucks that I even have to make this announcement. But, come on, I'm not getting fillers or botox while I'm pregnant — obviously," she concluded.
