Katie Maloney-Schwartz and her husband, Tom Schwartz, are currently buying a new home and packing up their old one, joining a current Vanderpump Rules real estate boom that has seen pals Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix spending $2 million on a stunning new construction property, Kristen Doute clapping back at haters who think she can't afford her new home, and Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright announcing they're also closing in on a new pad.
Katie recently summed up their current situation as such: "Oh god, packing sucks!” Meanwhile, Schwartz totally agrees, saying, "Pre-move is a lawless land, it's a lawless land" in a video on Instagram that showed towering stacks of boxes.
We get it, packing is the worst, but moving day is the best! And just think how fun all those housewarming parties are going to be when everyone gets settled into their fabulous new abodes.
