Dish: Wild Boar Who's Eating It: Everyone. The Losties love a good boar roast. 'Lost' Food, Found: John Locke never turns down a challenge, even if the challenge has the advantage of tusks and speed. That's probably why Locke was always nominated to go hunting, and the guy rarely failed to bring home dinner.
Dharma-Approved Drinks: Dharma Brew and Boxed Wine Who's Drinking It: Usually Sawyer (Surprise, surprise.) Lost Food, Found: Stuck on a mysterious island with no hope of escape? Nothing hits the spot like a skunked Dharma beer ("Older than Rocky III, or possibly II" according to Jin's estimate.)
Dharma-Approved Diet: Destroy Secret Food Supply Who's On It: Hurley 'Lost' Weight-Loss Plan: Libby convinces Hurley to destroy his secret food stash. Shortly thereafter, Libby bites it. See what happens when you let good food go to waste?

Dharma-approved Dish: Waffles with Ham and Dipping Sauces Who's Making It: Chef Hurley, circa 1977! 'Lost' Food, Found: The Dharma Initiative's Department of Good Eats really won big when Hurley found his way back to the island. As appointed chef, the food connoisseur was perfect for the position, and didn't seem to get any complaints from his customers. We didn't get to watch Hurley make much, but those waffles and dipping sauces...hmm, we could definitely get lost in a plate of those.
Dharma-approved Dish: Apollo Candy Bars Who's Eating It: Kate and Sawyer 'Lost' Food, Found: Kate snacked on them at the Swan Station, Jack kicks back with one after a long day of surgery, and Boone offered his to Shannon way back in Season 1. It's the Lostie sweet treat of choice - the Apollo Candy Bar. The "little bar with the really big taste!" has quite a presence on the show, with over 11 sightings and counting. (The snack even shows up in Hurley's dreams. Yeah, they're that good.)
Dish: Fruit Salad Who's Eating It: Everyone. It's an island favorite that's always on the menu. Plantains, bananas, mangos, passion fruit, guava, papayas...the Losties haven't found a single carb they didn’t love. It's obvious that the Oceanic Six wanted back on the island because they missed the fresh food selection. 'Lost' Food, Found: Charlie whipped up a fruit salad to woo Claire. Food's the way to any pregnant island survivor's heart.
Dish: Stone-Roasted Fillet of Fish Who's Eating It: Jacob 'Lost' Food, Found: This much we know: Jacob is a mysterious guy who enjoys eating fish. But not just any fish - he's shown eating a red herring. Get out your scorecards Lost fans, because that fish isn't just dinner. Red herring? Smells like a clue.
Dharma-Approved Dish: Scrambled Eggs with Bacon, Toast, Strawberries, and Handcuffs Who's (Not) Eating It: Kate 'Lost' Food, Found: Breakfast with Ben Linus isn't a very joyous occasion...especially when you're Kate, and you're a prisoner, and you're handcuffed to the table, and you're trying to be defiant so you refuse to eat. Sure, the food's great, but the whole "after breakfast I plan to make your life a living hell, now dig in!" spiel that Ben gave Kate was a total breakfast buzzkill.
Dharma-Approved Dish: Fish Biscuits Who's Eating It: Kate and Sawyer 'Lost' Food, Found: Kate really should have eaten those scrambled eggs when she had the chance, because once she and Sawyer were locked up in bear cages, the food selection was limited to water, animal feed, and orangey-pink, fish-shaped biscuit that looked harder than a stale pretzel with the blandness of an unsalted cracker.
Dharma-Approved Dish: Grilled Cheese Who's Eating It: Jack Shepherd 'Lost' Food, Found: There was a brief period during which Jack Shepherd munched on grilled cheeses and hamburgers, watched baseball games and slept his days away. If it wasn't for the gloomy state of his tank cell, you'd almost forget that he was a prisoner. Jack got the five-star culinary treatment from Juliet - the other who hinted she might be in love with Jack with offerings of grilled cheese sandwiches.
