Robyn Dixon Opens Up About Her Family’s “Special” New House: See Inside
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member explained why her family is “able to appreciate everything [they] have so much more” in their “brand-new house.”
Robyn Dixon, Juan Dixon, and their sons moved into their new home last year, and as Robyn explained on the October 23 episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac, the house represents a significant new chapter for her family.
“We’re in a brand-new house, kind of, you know, finally getting back to where maybe we were before,” Robyn said in an episode interview. “We’re able to appreciate everything we have so much more.”
She added, “What we’ve been through, and what we’ve dealt with, and what we’ve seen, and the fact that we have bounced back, this house is so special to us.”
As the episode showed, the new house has a stunning living room, cozy bedroom, chic office (that Robyn noted she plans to upgrade with built-in shelves), and a spacious kitchen. In July, Robyn shared a look at their backyard, complete with an impressive basketball court.
On Season 5 of RHOP, Robyn and Juan decided it was time to move after feeling they were “outgrowing” the home they lived in at the time (which you can see in the video above). Eventually, they opted to create their dream home from the ground up. “We actually are building a house,” she said on Part 3 of that season’s reunion. “We just got the permits, so they’re gonna break ground very soon.”
In April 2021, Robyn announced they were officially in their “new home sweet home,” adding in the caption of an Instagram post, “I am so grateful for our blessings.”
