Between the two of them, Ryan and Briana Culberson have lost more than 100 pounds by following the Keto diet. The couple is looking trimmer than ever these days as they chow down on zucchini noodles and other low-carb snacks, and we've seen evidence of their transformation in recent pics. But it's not only photos of himself and Briana that Ryan uses to see visual evidence of his progress. Enter: his pre-diet clothes.
In a recent social media post, The Real Housewives of Orange County son-in-law shared a photo of the shirt he used to wear before he shed some pounds. The old top was a size 2XL, and that's apparently just a tad too big for Ryan these days.
In his caption, the North Carolina dad wrote: "From 2XL to L, I'd say this Keto thing is starting to work!" He added a hilarious hashtag that spelled out "no more muumuus." Well, thank goodness for that!
