Sonja Morgan Has Made it Back to NYC, After Being Stuck at a Desert Spa
The Real Housewives of New York City cast member has returned to the Big Apple after spending months in California.
When Sonja Morgan appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen: @ Home on April 9, The Real Housewives of New York City cast member confirmed that she was "trapped in a spa." (Clip above.) It's kind of a long story, but in a nutshell: Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sonja by Sonja Morgan designer was unable to get a flight home from the California desert, where she had been on a spa retreat before the crisis escalated.
Throughout her time in Palm Springs, Sonja shared updates on her self-quarantine in the desert. She candidly told her audience that she was getting colonics, for example, as well as juicing and enjoying the "blue skies" and "sunshine."
But now, it looks like Sonja has finally made it back to her hometown. In her June 1 Instagram Story, Sonja shared footage of the city scenery from a car window. As she whisked past the buildings and bridges of the Big Apple, the RHONY designer shared a caption that read: "I [heart] NY."
