During her time on The Real Housewives of New York City, Bethenny Frankel was known to mention it all, and she's bringing that same energy to social media. The Skinnygirl mogul — who has been enjoying life in the Hamptons this summer — recently took to Instagram to share a series of refreshingly candid posts with a message.
On August 31, Bethenny posted an "unfiltered" selfie of herself with "no glam." In the snap, the NYC mom sported a chambray blouse and rocked her naturally wavy hair texture.
"The more I see photos on social media that are filtered, contoured, eyelashed, extensioned, & retouched - the more important it is to post #nofilter, real, everyday photos. I want to show our daughters (and sons) a realistic female image," she captioned the post.
In another IG post, Bethenny got even more personal and shared a close-up look at her scrunched-up forehead and lips. "This one is for the haters... I've earned these lines... and no filler," she shared. She added, "Look at my mouth. These lips don't lie."
