LuAnn has a friend (and a story) to one-up most every situation.

Meanwhile, back in the States, Aviva calls in Ramona's help with the party planning while Sonja's away.

She might not be making toaster oven menus, but that's only because Sonja's busy making plays on the croquet court.

The tension between LuAnn and Carole continued during croquet, and Heather worried if the royal wars were erupting.

Sonja knows how to lighten the mood -- with a small burlesque performance.

However, the mood once again turns bleak when Carole opines that writing fiction is harder than childbirth.

LuAnn will simply not do with that statement, and begins discussing her own book writing trials.

Sonja is back in America, and putting the final touches on Aviva and Reid's big event.

With Sonja doing the work, Aviva can focus on her own day of beauty. . .

And discussing the Countess and the London trip with Carole.

And the big moment finally arrives -- Sonja's first Sonja in the City party.

So far, so good. . .

Sonja's got a special surprise for the happy couple -- a performance!

Reid and Aviva await the big reveal.

And the gang ponders if perhaps this is the wrong venue for the artist's talents.

Aviva's a little confused by the song and dance -- but it's still an alright evening.

And then Ramona takes a second to pull Heather aside to discuss their differences.

Heather doesn't think she and Ramona will ever get along.

And Ramona thinks Heather is lying about her motives.

The ladies pause and see that, once again, Heather and Ramona are butting heads.

The ladies deal with the aftermath of the Ramona/Heather bust-up.
