Bethenny Frankel's cool real estate side hustle of buying, renovating, and flipping luxury condos and houses takes place mainly in New York, between Manhattan and the Hamptons. But The Real Housewives of New York City alum and Boston University grad, who recently announced that she will not return to the series for Season 12, has also started enjoying life in a new town. She's now spending a lot of her time in Beantown, thanks to a beautiful brownstone that she purchased in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood earlier this year.
In her Boston home, her boyfriend and roommate, the realtor and movie producer Paul Bernon, has helped her create a dreamy abode that includes modern statement art and photography (including a powerful portrait of the Dalai Lama), oversized light fixtures, brass details, and velvet fabrics in jewel tones — plus her own boss glam room that he put together just for her — no boys allowed!
And Paul has a very, very stylish eye, as you can see from the beautiful and dramatic floral arrangement he got her for her 49th birthday this week.
"He loves me," she wrote on Instagram Stories as she showed off the striking sculptural assortment, which includes various sizes of orchids, calliandra, and fanning foliage.
