Margaret Josephs Shares Her “Glamorous” Iced Coffee Recipe
The RHONJ cast member revealed how to make the delicious drink she served during the February 24 episode.
Margaret Josephs put her enviable hostessing skills on display during the February 24 episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. As the RHONJ cast (minus Jackie Goldschneider) met at her house before embarking on their trip to Lake George, Margaret made sure her fellow ‘Wives were properly hydrated and caffeinated with an iced coffee drink that looked downright delicious. Now, she’s spilling all the details on how to recreate the yummy beverage.
On February 25, Margaret took to her Instagram Stories to show off her “secret recipe” for a perfect sweet and frothy iced coffee. “I got a lot of comments on Instagram and Twitter about my iced coffee and how difficult it really is to make, and I made it just look so glamorous, so let me show you,” she said.
So what’s her trick? According to Margaret, it’s very easy. Simply mix some cold brew (she recommends the brand Stok) with funfetti-flavored creamer over at least two handfuls of ice. To glam it up, pour the combo in a large wine glass, and add a fun straw as the final touch before serving to your guests or enjoying yourself.
“Who doesn’t drink iced coffee out of a glamorous glass?” she joked on Instagram, later adding, “Your guests will be very impressed. I know mine were.”
