Dolores Catania’s ex-husband Frank Catania celebrated his birthday in the best way — with his loved ones by his side and a delicious dessert to slice into. The Real Housewives of New Jersey dad feted his special day with a sweet family gathering at home, which included an epic, beach-themed cake.
On May 28, Dolores took to Instagram to share a peek at the incredible confection her family enjoyed in honor of Frank’s birthday. As captured in the snapshot below, the lavish cake was designed to replicate an amazing beach landscape, complete with a tiki bar, sailboat, and seashells dotting the “sandy” shoreline. In a nod to the Jersey Shore, the elaborate dessert was also topped with an adornment in the shape of the Garden State.
“Happy Birthday to the big guy with an even bigger heart,” Dolores wrote in the caption of the photo, also adding, “Frankie guns, wouldn’t ask for a better partner in life. @frank.catania.sr.”
Dolores also shared a close-up look at the intricate cake on her Instagram Stories, thanking her go-to local bakery for their work.
