Humble Thanks

Alexia discusses her accident, and the adorable William Levy.

By Alexia Nepola

I can’t believe we are on Episode 5 already. Thank you so much for watching and for all of your kind and loving comments. I read each and every one of them, and I am humbled.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Miami on Peacock and the Bravo App.

By the way, the best compliment I have received so far is that I am humble. It is such a complement, because my father taught me to be humble, and to me that is the best quality a human being can have.

If you have been watching, you have all figured out who I am and how I am by now! Well, I think in this episode I’m finally safe! LOL!

What did you think of Venue’s photo shoot with William Levy? This man belongs in Hollywood. He is even more beautiful in the inside. Speaking of humble, he is as humble as it gets. I am so proud of my Cubanito and thankful that we were able to have him on the cover for the second time. The shoot was James Dean-inspired and everyone enjoyed every minute of it. James Dean would have been proud! His cover, for the second time, flew from the shelves and was a best seller!

Can you believe I got into an accident on my way to the fashion show? I couldn’t believe it either. Thank God I was fine. I kept thinking, "Thank God it was me and not my son Peter." That is always something I worry about. I was so shaken up because the hit was hard, and I was stuck in the car for a while until some neighbors got me out through the trunk, as I was sandwiched in from both sides. I obviously didn’t make it to the fashion show. The only reason I agreed to model was for Gabriella Arango. I wanted to be there for her special night. Gabriella is one of my favorite designers. She has an incredible talent, and she is an incredible mother and friend. I was happy to hear Cristy was able to wear my dresses even though I am "bigger" than her. Sorry, I am 5’9," and wear a size 4/6. By the way, who closed the show?

I loved watching Marysol and Philippe getting married. I’m such a romantic, and I cried too. I wish I could have been there with her. I told her she needs to get married again in Miami. I understand that she felt nervous; it’s a big step in her life!

I really got into the cooking at Larsa's lunch. I like to cook for fun, not as an obligation. Steve was a riot. I loved how he got the ladies in gear and cooking. I actually learned something. . .how to make Eggplant Parmesan. I really wanted his recipe for his famous meatballs, which we didn’t get to make or eat for that matter.

So the saga continued. . .while having lunch Adriana brought up the charity and Cristy and Lea finally got to straighten things up, or at least talk face-to-face about it. I feel this whole situation could have been resolved a long time ago if Cristy would have just owned up to it. And that's it. It would have been over. I just sat there and listened because for the first time, I was listening to both sides and was not about to make an opinion. It is important to have all the facts first, just like all of you have now. You be the judge!!!

Until next time my friends.
