Teddi Shows Us What She Looks Like with Her Retainer and Pimple Cream

Throughout her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has glamorized her personal style: The accountability coach admits that her wardrobe holds more sleek outfits and fancy shoes than ever. But there's still a sensible set of pajamas for every slinky gown.
In a recent Instagram share, the mom of three grinned for a selfie in her PJs. Don't expect a sexy, silky negligee here: "Throw me a [raised hands emoji] if your sleep lewk resembles the [dork] emoji on a deep, personal level," Teddi wrote. (Kyle Richards' daughter Farrah Aldjufrie threw a hand-raise into the comments stat.)
The All In by Teddi founder went on to give the complete lowdown of said lewk. "Retainer, pimple cream, scrunchie and Gilligan O'malley PJs," she rattled off. "No shame in my [sleep] game."
And no shame about that retainer. When a commenter asked Teddi why she sleeps with one, the fitness buff responded with a shoutout to her orthodontist. "I don’t want my teeth to move!," Teddi shared. "My orthodontist scared me about that since 7th grade."
