Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Explains Her Glam Evolution: "I Just Have More Money Now"
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills beauty has a hilarious explanation for why she's recently upgraded her glam.
Who knew getting glam could cause such a ruckus? We could hardly keep track of all the controversy on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills between fashion-lover Dorit Kemsley and stylish Kyle Richards that centered entirely around a now-infamous pic of designer stretch pants. Somehow, fitness pro Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave was caught in the haute crossfire for her fashion upgrades and, well, we're obsessed.
Now, Teddi is taking to her Instagram Stories to shed a little light on her glamorous evolution and her explanation is hilarious and totally relatable. On May 13, Teddi shared a few stunning throwback pics on her Stories where the RHOBH blonde posed while still pregnant in a slinky, black turtleneck dress with a seductively high thigh slit. The curve-hugging number perfectly complemented Teddi's sleek, long, straight hair that was styled with an off-center part and minimalist hair accessories.
But before you assume that this runway-ready ensemble is a far cry from Teddi's decidedly low-key looks from her first season, think again. Teddi explains "for the record" that her glam team is not a new addition to her life and "have been getting me ready for night time events since season 1 - night 1."
Not only has glam always been in the game, but Teddi also offered another reason for her more polished outfits. "I just have more money now to spend on fancier more uncomfortable shoes and learned from some platform mistakes," she hilariously wrote in her caption.
