Katie Maloney Responds to Lala Kent Saying They Had an Off-Camera Falling Out
The Vanderpump Rules O.G. shared insight into recent clashes with Lala: "We do have the same fighting style."
Katie Maloney is sounding off after Lala Kent claimed that the two feuded when the Vanderpump Rules cameras were down.
In case you missed it, during a recent episode of her Give Them Lala podcast, Ocean Kent Emmett's mama said that she got into a disagreement with Katie ahead of the Season 10 reunion taping.
"Right before the reunion of Season 10, Katie had gone on a podcast saying, ‘The vibes were off with us,’” Lala said on the March 13 episode of her own podcast. "Something had happened, and we just, or I — I don’t know about her — we just never came back to where we were."
A week later, Katie addressed Lala's comments on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

During WWHL, a fan asked Katie about Lala's comments regarding their rumored off-camera falling out. Katie admitted that she was a bit confused by the whole thing.
"I'm not entirely sure exactly what she's talking about, per se," Katie said about their falling out.
While Katie's not sure what exactly Lala is referring to, she does remember getting into a disagreement with the podcast host when the two were appearing on WWHL together back in February 2023.
"Lala and I, we do have the same fighting style. A year-and-a-half ago, we did have a falling-out before Watch What Happens Live. We came and we talked about that. We said we sorted it out on the plane, so I thought that's what she was talking about 'cause it's like between then and [when] the reunion started filming, we didn't have anything. So, I don't really know exactly what she's talking about."
What Lala Kent Said About Her Friendship with Katie Maloney
In addition to their potential off-camera squabble, the ladies have gotten into a few tiffs on Season 11. Lala explained why the two aren't on the same page during her podcast.
"There was just never resolution," she said on Give Them Lala. "It was one thing after the other that we just could not quite conquer and see eye to eye."
However, she teased, things in their dynamic will shift when Season 11 progresses.
"As the season goes on though, you’ll see that we soften up with each other," she added.
