Vicki Gunvalson Opens Up About Her Hospitalization This Season of RHOC
“I don't remember a lot of it,” the OG of the #RHOC shared.
Like she says in her tagline for this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson always goes big. But an incident during the ladies' trip to Iceland this season may threaten to slow the OG of the RHOC down.
Vicki revealed that she was hospitalized during the vacation, which will be featured on the show later this season. “I don't remember a lot of it,” Vicki shared during a recent interview with ET. “The ambulance with the person laying on the stretcher with the white robe over her head [seen in the Season 12 trailer] was me … I’m not saying anything else.”
RHOC fans may remember that Vicki was also airlifted to the hospital last season after the ladies' ATV accident in Glamis, California. That incident caused some subsequent drama among the group when none of the ladies visited Vicki in the hospital. But it looks like things were totally different this time around. “[This time], they all asked me, 'Do you want us to go to the hospital with you or what do you want us to do?'” Vicki remembered. “I said, 'Stay back and whoop it up!' And I think they did.”
In fact, it sounds like the only fighting Vicki did with her RHOC pals was over going to the hospital in the first place. “I was like, 'I don't need to go to the hospital! I'm good!'” she adds. “And they were like, 'You're not good. We're taking you to the hospital.'”
After last year's ATV accident, Vicki told Jet Set that she's just fine with avoiding extreme activities in the future. "My bucket lists are all checked," she said. "I’ve ziplined, I’ve ATV-ed, I’ve white-water rafted, I've skydived... I’ve done it all. I mean, I really have done it all!"
