Teresa Giudice Explains Why She Has Never Hooked Up with the Pool Contractor Tony
There's a very specific reason the RHONJ cast member says it would "never, ever happen."
When Teresa Giudice threw a party at her gorgeous pool during this season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, it only made sense for her pool contractor, Tony to join in on the fun. Although Tony and Teresa were great partners during a game of tequila pong, and even dated in high school, the Garden State mom said there was no romantic spark between the two during a March 24 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
“We’re just really, really good friends. And he dates one of my good friends that I hang out with,” said Teresa in the WWHL After Show clip above. “That’s why it would never ever happen. But we’re just so close and friends that he tells me everything that’s going on in his love life, and I tell him everything that’s going on in my love life. I love hanging out with him to go out and have a great time with him because he’s so much fun, and he’s like a girlfriend to me. I can tell him everything, he tells me everything. It’s that kind of friendship that we have."
Teresa’s brother, Joe Gorga, also opened up about his friendship to Tony during an interview on the March 17 episode of RHONJ, saying, “Tony’s my best friend, I’ve known him since five years old. But I don’t want him nowhere near my sister, he’s a dirty, dirty dog.”
During WWHL, Teresa’s fellow guest Jackie Hoffman also directly asked, “Did you have sex with Tony?” to which Teresa simply replied “No.”
