The Gloves Are Off for Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice in the RHONJ Season 13 Reunion First Look
See why Teresa wants the RHONJ crew to act like the RHOBH cast.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 13 reunion stage marks the spot where feuding sisters-in-law Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga are meeting for the first time since their dramatic blowout at Dolores Catania and Paul Connell's Irish Prohibition-themed party.
In case you need a refresher, after getting into an argument about a rumor at the finale party, Melissa and husband Joe Gorga decided not to attend Teresa's wedding to Luis "Louie" Ruelas.
Melissa and Teresa saw one another for the first time when they arrived to the reunion set. In a First Look for Part 1 of the reunion, which you can check out above before the full episode airs on May 30, Teresa asks host Andy Cohen to put his hand on her chest so he can feel her "fast heartbeat."
"Please, God, be with me. Namaste," Teresa adds a moment before Andy kicks off the reunion.
Though Teresa wants to be in a "namaste" frame of mind, it doesn't take long for the drama to begin. After Andy asks what Teresa's "hardest adjustment" to married life has been, she brings up the fact that her brother and sister-in-law chose not to go to the August wedding.
"The hardest thing was my family, like, hurting us right before we're getting married," Teresa says. "[Louie's] family is so wonderful, and then here's my family hurting him."
"How did anyone hurt him?" Melissa asks, while Teresa wonders if the two are "watching the same show."
"I actually thought it was you guys trying to call me a cheater, so don't get it twisted," Melissa responds, before Andy asks the ladies to wait to talk about their feud.
In the closing seconds of the sneak peek clip, Teresa asks the ladies if they can emulate the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
"Let's act like Beverly Hills does [and talk] one at a time and not talk over each other," Teresa requests.
Will that happen? Only time will tell. For now, it's clear from the first few moments of the reunion that the gloves are officially off for Melissa and Teresa, and there's even more drama in the trailer for the three-part event.
"I know you hate me, but just try to control yourself," Melissa says to the Turning the Tables author later on in the reunion. Teresa responds by saying that she "can't wait to never look at your f-cking face again."
The family members aren't the only ones who are fighting. Newbies Rachel Fuda and Danielle Cabral still aren't on the same page after the infamous "rat" comment, while Dolores is in the hot seat when she reveals that Paulie isn't exactly divorced yet.
