Jennifer Aydin Confirms Her Mom Josephine Is Cancer Free

Jennifer Aydin recently shared that her mother, Josephine, is cancer-free following her battle with breast cancer.

"Time to celebrate — my mother is officially breast cancer free!” Jennifer wrote in the caption of her January 7 post, which featured a sweet photo of The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member all smiles with several of her children, and her mother, by her side.

Jennifer went on to add, "Thank you to all the amazing staff and doctors from [The Valley Hospital] that has been with and will be with us [through] every step of the way! Your care and gentle graciousness has meant more than any words can say. We sincerely thank you and are grateful for you! And most of all, Thank You to God, my Lord, Jesus Christ, to for without whom none of this would be possible."

Jennifer captured the heartwarming moment she revealed the news to her kids on her Instagram Stories. "I have news for you guys," she told the kids in the video posted on her Instagram Stories, "We just came back from the doctor's office and Nana is officially cancer-free."

Jennifer went on to explain her mom's follow-up treatment on her Instagram Stories, saying, "We're going to start with radiation [and] medication for five years to prevent it from coming back."

In addition to the happy news about her mother, Jennifer also shared the fun way her family welcomed the new year. She took to Instagram on New Year's Day to reveal adorable captures of the matching red satin pajamas that she, her hubby Bill Aydin, and their five children wore to celebrate 2022.

Jennifer wrote in the caption of her January 1 post, “Let’s go into the New Year Happy!! My family is what makes me the happiest. How about you??”
