Marysol Patton Gives Andy Cohen “a Very Personal Gift” From Her Late Mom
“It makes me tear up a little bit,” the WWHL host said of the thoughtful present, which belonged to Mama Elsa.
Andy Cohen couldn’t help but tear up after getting “a very personal gift” from Marysol Patton during her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
In the January 19 episode of WWHL, Marysol presented Andy with a beautiful gift that paid homage to her late mom, Elsa Patton — lovingly known as Mama Elsa — who passed away in 2019.
“I was trying to think of something to bring you, and it’s one of my mom’s rosaries,” Marysol said in the clip, later adding, “It has her energy.”
Andy couldn’t help get a bit emotional over the touching gesture. “It’s a very personal gift. Thank you so much,” he said. “It makes me tear up a little.”

This isn’t the first time that Andy has paid tribute to Mama Elsa on WWHL in recent weeks. In January, he revealed his all-time favorite Housewife moms, bestowing the top honor to Mama Elsa.
"I love her, I know I speak for all of us when I say we miss you very much, Elsa,” he said during the heartfelt remembrance.
