Patricia Altschul and Kathryn C. Dennis Actually Watched the Southern Charm Reunion Together
The Charleston ladies' formerly rocky relationship seems to be smooth sailing right now.
Kathryn C. Dennis and Patricia Altschul have never been like two peas in a pod, but that may be changing.
The Southern Charm moms have a contentious history and Patricia, a grande dame of Charleston society, hadn't invited Kathryn to her events for years until her son Whitney Sudler-Smith and his pal Shep Rose vouched for her and she decided to extend an invite to her Winter Wonderland Ball.
Yet there the two of them were together in Bel Air, California on Thursday night, watching the Southern Charm reunion together like old pals, Kathryn in a long-sleeved ruffled pink dress and Patricia in a canary yellow caftan.
"I would hope that we are friends now," Patricia recently told The Daily Dish. "We had a very nice conversation at the finale, at the ball. It went on even longer than was shown and I have high hopes that we’ll be friends in the future."
