Kim Kardashian Describes the Heart-Dropping Moment She Learned About Kanye West's Breakdown

Last November, Kanye West canceled his Saint Pablo tour and was later hospitalized following a breakdown. Kim Kardashian was in New York City at the time of the incident and rushed to Los Angeles to be by her husband's side. Now we're getting a look at the moment that Kim learned about her husband's mental breakdown. The moment will air during this Sunday's Keeping Up With the Kardashians and features Kim on the phone receiving the news about the rapper.

Already in tears, the reality mom tells that rapper's friend, "Don't scare me, please. What's going on?" As the phone call progresses, Kim breaks down further into tears and shared with the person on the other end of the line, "Like, I can't." Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian are with her while it's all happening. "This is like serious," she adds.

In interview, Kim says, "I get a call from one of Kanye's friends and my heart drops. They're not telling me anything, and I am so scared, and I don't know what do to."

This has been a very intense season of KUWTK for Kim, who also opened up about in great detail about the night she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris last October. The incident took place just weeks before Kanye's hospitalization.

"I knew something wasn't quite right," she said earlier this season. "And then, he grabs my legs and I wasn't, you know, I had no clothes on under [my robe]. He pulled me toward him at the front of the bed and I thought, 'OK, this is the moment they're going to rape me.' I fully mentally prepped myself—and then he didn't. I just knew that was the moment. They're just totally going to shoot me in the head. I just prayed that Kourtney's going to have a normal life after she sees my dead body on the bed."
