Kim Cattrall Shared a Photo From Her Late Brother's Memorial Service
The actress took to Instagram to update followers about the somber event.
Kim Cattrall took her Instagram followers by surprise on February 10, when she took public aim at Sarah Jessica Parker for commenting on her brother, Chris Cattrall's, death. The post caused a media frenzy with some fans leaving unflattering comments about Cattrall.
Since writing the post aimed at her former Sex and the City co-star, Cattrall had remained mum on social media. But on February 24, she updated followers on how she's been mourning her family's loss.
In a post that showed her smiling with two male companions, Cattrall seemed to be at a memorial service for Chris in Edinburgh, Scotland. "Lighting a candle in memory of our brother, son, father, & husband, Christopher Adrian Alexander Cattrall,' she shared.
She added that her "joyful Scottish friends" had helped to bring some laughter to an otherwise somber day.
To conclude the message, Cattrall wrote that her brother would be forever in her thoughts. Though comments had been disabled for the post, fans were still able to send love to Cattrall in her trying time: at press time, the snap had nearly 60,000 "likes."
