Jessica Biel Nailed the Dirty Dancing Lift on Ellen Because She Practices "All the Time" with Justin Timberlake
"It's a disaster!" The Sinner star said of her previous tries with her husband.
Who hasn't dreamed of not only attempting but also flawlessly executing the iconic lift from Dirty Dancing? Well, Jessica Biel gave us yet another reason to be envious of her when she did just that on Ellen Thursday.
The Sinner star made what Ellen DeGeneres would later dub "the best entrance we've ever had" to the daytime talk show when she came out dancing from the studio audience to Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes' "(I've Had) The Time of My Life." And then when she grabbed a hold of dancer Stephen "tWitch" Boss' hand, Biel flew into the air just like Baby.

The only thing that could top this moment was later learning that Biel attempts the Dirty Dancing lift "all the time" with husband Justin Timberlake. "Yes, I make him do stuff like that all the time, and his back goes out," Biel told DeGeneres. "It's a disaster!"
