Gina Kirschenheiter Makes a Bold Declaration After a Night Out with Travis Mullen: "I Did It"
The RHOC admitted she was "struggling" before she and Travis attended Kathy Hilton's holiday party.
The holiday season can often be a double-edged sword. Yes, it’s a time synonymous with joy and celebration, but the long list of festivities can sometimes take a toll on people, so much so that they lose motivation to participate.
Gina Kirschenheiter addressed the relatable struggle after she and her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, attended Kathy Hilton’s annual Christmas party. The Real Housewives of Orange County mom documented the experience in a December 11 Instagram post, which showed her and Travis dressed to the nines alongside her castmates Emily Simpson and Heather Dubrow.
“Well guys…. I did it… I pulled my crap together!” Gina captioned the carousel. “Mix and mingled, talked crap on the red carpet, annoyed [Emily] caught up with friends……it was a smashing success!!”

Hours before the star-studded party, Gina took to Instagram to “vent.” The New York native — who was rocking a blue bathrobe, a hair wrap, and a makeup-free face — confessed she wasn’t exactly pumped to attend the shindig, but insisted her feelings had nothing to do with Kathy.
“I am really struggling right now because it’s 4:36 [p.m.], and I am supposed to leave in an hour,” she said in the December 10 post. “I have to go to LA for another thing. And I just don’t wanna do it. It’s, like, I should want [to go]. It’s at Kathy Hilton’s house. It’s, like, ‘Oh my god. I get to go to Kathy Hilton’s house.’ That’s cool, right? But, honesty, I just don’t want to put on makeup and have to blow dry my hair right now and… ugh. I really gotta rally. Tis. The. Season.”

Of course, Gina’s fans immediately took to the comments section to provide a few words of encouragement. One user suggested she drink some espresso and “pull [her]self together” because she knew the party would be fun.
“I know. I agree with you,” Gina said in a subsequent video. “I got the coffee and I’m pulling myself together and I’m gonna go. I had to give myself a little pep talk.”
So, what ultimately motivated Gina to follow through? Well, it sounds like she had a case of FOMO.
“The reality is, this could be my one and only — this could be the first and last time I’m ever invited to this woman’s house and I’m going in there,” she said. “I wanna see what’s going on in there, right? Also, can you imagine the people watching? The characters that are going to be inside there? I threw back a little coffee, I’m gonna put sparkles on my eyes, I’m gonna get my hair dry, and I’m gonna go in there.”

Gina returned to the ’Gram a couple of hours later to reveal her stunning look for the night. The post showed the OC ’Wife rocking her signature sleek bob, shimmery eye makeup, and a pink lip. As for the outfit, Gina stepped out in a bright red sleeveless sequin dress and gold-toned jewelry.
“I’ve got a lash hanging off already but I’m on my way !!!,” she joked in another post.
Kathy’s 2024 Christmas party, co-hosted by DirectTV, went down on December 10 at her private Los Angeles residence. Attendees included The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Lisa Barlow, Whitney Rose, Bronwyn Newport, and Mary Cosby; The Valley's Brittany Cartwright, Jesse Lally, and Michelle Lally; as well as The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Dr. Wendy Osefo and Karen Huger.
