Craig Conover Spills the Unheard Details of Hooking up with Summer House's Jules (UPDATED)

UPDATE (NOVEMBER 6):  Craig shared an update on where he and Jules stand today on the November 5 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Craig revealed, “I’m dating someone new now. She was great, we had a lot of fun, but she actually just texted me that she was coming to Charleston. Unfortunately, I did not text her back, because I didn’t think that would be appropriate. When Southern Charm cast members Craig Conover, Austen Kroll, and Shep Rose attended Kyle Cooke’s birthday party in the Hamptons on this season of Summer House, one of the most noteworthy moments of the episode was when Craig and Jules Daoud hit it off and eventually hooked up. Although viewers were able to see most of the crazy shenanigans from the party, Craig claims that there’s a part of the story that never aired. 

While chatting with the Daily Dish, Craig opened up about his hookup with Jules, and how it all went down. He explained that when he, Austen, and Shep arrived at the house, they were fighting with one another, so Craig decided to go hang out with Kyle, Paige and Jules. 

“I was like, ‘Hey, let’s do waterslide races,’ and they were like, ‘We’re in,’” recalled Craig. “Kyle, Paige, myself, and Jules just stayed on the waterslide the whole time. And I think, as the day went on, Jules and I ended up kissing on top of the waterslide, I think. But they didn’t air any of this stuff.” 

Eventually, Austen left to “take care” of Shep, which is when Craig decided to go out for the night with the Summer House crew. 

“I was like, ‘Guys, you dragged me to this party and I’m having a blast,’ so I stayed, and I ended up wearing Carl and Kyle’s clothes out. I give like, the toast at the end of the night before we all go out, and then Jules came back to wherever our house was.” 

So what did the relationship between Jules and Craig look like after their waterslide and rosé-filled day in the Hamptons? Craig explained that it’s pretty casual, but that they’ve stayed close friends. 

“I spent the summer in New York, so Jules and I hung out for a couple of weeks and then, whenever I was in New York, we hung out. We just had a great time and we’re still close friends,” he said “Jules and I are still really close. If I go to New York, we’ll probably hang out. But you know, nothing serious.”
