Don't let that sweet small-town smile fool you: Jason Hoppy's not as innocent as he looks.

"My husband is handsome and used to be a player," Bethenny writes on her blog about her better half, whom she first met in New York City club Tenjune. Fast forward to landing himself a wife, baby, and Cookie, B adds, "[Jason] has nothing to prove anymore. Confidence is sexy."

Tapping into that Patti Stanger aura, our Bethenny Ever After superstar reveals the clues she used to pluck her perfect man from a sea of dumpster dudes. "Keep your eyes open and watch for the signs. Does he respect his mom? Is he polite to the waitresses? Seeing how he treats women in general can reveal how he'll eventually treat you. My best advice is to go for a confident, non-cocky guy."

But beware: Every now and then a dud could creep onto your radar -- it happens to even the best of us. "I've only been cheated on by one person, and he did it a second time. I believe that relationships end up the way they start out," B advises.  So if you, too, find yourself dating a cheater? "Sorry, but I would run-not walk-away. I'm strict with this. If someone is cheating then something is wrong."
